Terms & Conditions

As an artisan I create each item with the utmost detail. I want you to feel really satisfied with your purchase - this is one of my basic needs. In case you have any question about my products please, do not hesitate to contact me for additional information and I will be happy to answer as fast as possible.

Our relationship doesn't end when you receive something from me. I describe my items as good as I can, but in case you are unhappy with your purchase contact me when you receive your package and you can send it back to me, within 14 days after you receive it. ***

It must be in the exact condition you received it, undamaged, without scratches etc. After the parcel is back to me and inspected you will have a full refund. You pay the shipping cost for sending it back to me.

*** In case the item is custom made or made to order, I can not refund it. Contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. I am sure we will find a solution and you will be happy with it!

Generally refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of my control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

- Other exceptional circumstances outside of my control.

IMPORTANT: In case you gave me an invalid address or in case you are not there when the parcel -or the notifications to collect it- arrives, it will be shipped back to me. That is something that usually takes a lot of time, in some cases it can take 1 or even 2 months. When I have it back there are two options:

1) Shipping the parcel back to you, after the shipping fees are paid again.

2) In case you don't want the item anymore, I can refund the 70% of the item's value. The 30% is withheld as restocking fee and operational costs. Shipping costs are not refunded in any way. I will surely contact you when I have it back. After that, if there is no answer from you for 10 days, the item will be restocked and no refunds will be made. For made to order items the waiting period is one (1) month. The best way to avoid all that is to be sure the delivery address is valid and the postal service of your country can deliver there. If you have any doubts the best thing is contacting and asking them. I do not ship to PO boxes, as most postal services do not deliver there registered mail. I ship only to physical addresses.

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase and only if the item has not yet shipped. In case of cancellation after this period of time there is a 20% fee for made to order items and 30% fee for ready to ship items. My time and I am sure yours is valuable. So please be sure that you want the item before you order it.

 

Privacy Policy

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example)

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Delivery companies. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
