Shipping Methods

REGISTERED MAIL - FREE
I ship my products as letter mail, within 5 to 7 business days after clear payment (that is about made to order products, ready to ship products are dispatched usually within 3 business days). I use Hellenic Post and only Registered Mail with tracking number. There is also DHL express available for almost all the countries of the world.

Generally, orders from outside the EU with registered mail can take from 7 to 25 business days to be delivered. It depends on where you are and your country's postal and customs service, public holidays etc. The store can not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to customs service, public holidays, exceptional circumstances outside of my control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics etc.)

DHL EXPRESS
If you would like to receive your order faster, there is also DHL express available, with transit times:

• European Union: 1 to 3 business days

• United States & Canada: 3 to 6 business days

• Rest of the world: 5 to 8 business days

  You can choose DHL express while on checkout. In case you have any questions about this service please contact me for details before purchasing. DHL also needs a telephone number in order to contact you if needed.

Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs fees.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I can not be responsible about any malfunction of tracking numbers or the tracking method in general, if it is due to a problem or policy of your country's postal service. (eg. Australia and Canada Post do not scan the mail once it arrives there). In case you can not track your order or you believe it takes way too long, you can contact your country's main postal service, as they are solely responsible for handling the parcel and deliver it safe to you. If you still experience a problem with that you can contact me and I will do whatever I can to help.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges for items that are not custom orders

Contact me when you receive your package and you can send it back to me, within 14 days after you receive it. It must be in the exact condition you received it, undamaged, without scratches etc. After the parcel is back to me and inspected you will have a full refund or exchange with an other product of equal or higher value.
You pay the shipping cost for sending it back to me and whatever other charges may occur (eg. price difference for an exchanged product)
